Seaside Rancho's photo circa 1948

This photo was given to me by the Monson Family.

This photo shows the tract west of Linda Drive. As you can see, the Chinese Elm trees haven't been planted yet. The tract east of Linda Drive has not yet been developed. Pacific Coast Highway is at the top of the photo. A few homes are starting to go up in the Hollywod Riviera above PCH.
